Working in Honolulu, HI for the last 14 years, and now residing in Orange County, CA, I've had the chance to work with some wonderful offices and maintain high levels of production as an associate dentist.
Working with some of the top ChrisAd offices over the last decade, having a systematic approach to almost every facet of the office workings, yet maintaining a great deal of flexibility with patient care was the key to making each day work wonderfully.
WHO WE ARE
Working currently in Orange, CA, my family and I have moved from Honolulu, HI to Orange County, CA. Spending 14 years working in Hawaii gave me great insight on how to view the complexities of dental treatment and effectively communicate the information to patients so that they overcome their personal fears and anxieties.
Clear, concise communication is a subtle art that I find many newer associates and graduates struggling with. Through school, we were all taught to use textbook dental terms, which end up confusing, or even scaring patients away.
We want to coach your associates and staff to step off the authoritative pedestal and sit eye-to-eye with patients. It is a new era where the antiquated model of, "Do as I say because I'm the dentist" does not work well with the modern day patients.

We all know that a highly productive office is the end goal. Associates and dental staff become well compensated, and in turn, the owners win. However, to reach this goal, we need to do more than just flood the schedule with as many patients as possible.
We need to make sure that each patient that sits in the chair has the best experience, overcomes their fears, and wants to refer everyone they know to your office.
